Resolves #26
Cleaned up Unnecessary folders which were left
behind as an Ansible role. These were not needed
as this is not an Ansible role. Also moved some
common files from Vagrant/group_vars/all to
group_vars/all which could theoretically be used
within Vagrant and other deployments. These are
some settings that would beneficial to testing and
consistency.
