Rocky 9, Squid 5.5: Transparent option not valid

Hello there, I'm deploying Squid on top of a Rocky 9 Linux Machine.

Here is the Squid version installed by the role:

The "transparent" option is not valid and has been replaced by intercept.

Also, just having the intercept option on http_port result in a failure during the start.

FATAL: mimeLoadIcon: cannot parse internal URL

To get it working we need to have two lines like this:

http_port 3128 
http_port 8080 intercept

Also, "ferm" program sis not available since Rocky 8 in repo mirrors.
