Libjingle support for XEP 176?

I read in the FAQ that libjingle is supporting some Pre-standard version of 
ICE-UDP. 
Can you please help which XEP or RFC is this pre-standard version referring to??
From logs its visible that XEP-0176 is not supported but the format is somewhat 
similar. Libjingle already has all the params required to support xep-0176 but 
not in use, so only replacing the candidates will work or i need to implement 
ICE??

Also i don't think relay server is implemented in it as i am not able to 
communicate outside my NAT?

The FAQ page actually states that "Libjingle does not yet have support for 
XEP-176 because it uses a pre-standard version of ICE-UDP."
This is one of the work items that we are going to work on in priority order.

This is now a work-item on our list. Closing this ticket. The XEP-176 support 
will be in later release.
