crash with floating point exception in pcp example

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use a jabber server without relay servers
2. two hosts trying to use relay servers
3. try to share some files

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The file should get somehow to the other user, since it's not possible at
least don't crash.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.4.0
Ubuntu Feisty Fawn
kernel: 2.6.20-14
gcc 4.1.2

problem in: httpportallocator.cc around line 118
std::string host = relay_hosts_[attempts_ % relay_hosts_.size()];
Without relay servers causes dividing with zero.

You must set stun server and media server on server. For openfire, you should 
enable Media Proxy and stun server via config webpage.
