Option to not download mid and thumb fanart

An option to skip the download of the mid and thumb images in the fanart
dialog would be nice as i don't need them at all and costs bandwith.

The problem with this is, aside from images from TMDB (they have an API that 
returns
all the image urls with basic descriptions of their size), there is no way to 
know
what size the image is until after it's downloaded. The next version will have a
caching feature, so maybe that will be enough to save you some bandwidth?

bah... misleading title. :P lol By "images" I assumed you mean posters and 
fanart.
But, yes, fanart is always TMDB. Renamed issue to be more descriptive. Will 
work on
this after feature freeze.

Done for next release. There is now a checkbox labeled "Only" next to the 
preferred
fanart size dropdown box. Checking this means it will only download fanart of 
that size.
