Filter genres by language #120

I need to separate the genres into language groups to allow users to select
which language of genre they wish to support for genre selection

or allow tagging each genre with multiple languages to reduce clutter. Example:

      <name searchstring="Action" language="English|German">
            <icon>action.jpg</icon>
      </name>
