Use extrathumb as fanart

Would be nice to be able to set an already created extrathumb as fanart.

Extrathumbs (as they are created by EMM) are available for all movies, but 
fanart is not.

How about a button in the extrathumbs manager (in the movie editor) for "Set as
Fanart"? It would save the currently selected extrathumb as fanart. Is that ok?

Yes, that would be perfect for single instances.

Besides that button, what about an extra option that automatically sets the 
first extrathumb as fanart for all the 
movies missing fanart?

That way, when I have 40 movies without fanart, I can auto set the first 
extrathumb as fanart for all of them with 
one click and then fix the ones I don't like, one by one, afterwards.

Yes, the manual part seems to be working great.

I haven't verified that the automatic part works. That a movie with no fanart, 
automatically gets the first 
extrathumb set as it's fanart, when doing an automatic scan.
