extrathumbs aspect ratio #138

The extrathumbs are always made with the same aspect ratio, widescreen. so
if you have 16:9 or 4:3 media, they appear stretched.

yeah, it's hard coded for the image size to be 1280x720.... thought I read 
somewhere
that that's what they needed to be for AEON to use them properly. If that's not 
the
case I can easily remove that so they are the native size. Let me know! Thanks!
