extrathumbs delete weirdness #153

1: delete some extrathumbs
2: press refresh
3: the deleted thumbs will magically appear

Also, when automatically generating extrathumbs, the extrathumbs tab should
be refreshed. (you have to press refresh)

That is the intended behavior because they're not "officially" deleted until 
you save
(by pressing ok). I guess I can make it not reload the thumbs if they are on the
delete list, though.

Changing this to a feature request.
