isValidDir should be investigated #166

some of the words that exclude folder from validation (ie: subtitles,
sample) should be removed because they can exclude valid folder.

Need more investigation and quorum :)

Fixed in r376.
Check Logic change a bit: Folder only and parents; different check for each
