Tool for multi customizing stream details

Basically my problem is I went through about 1500 offline discs and
manually pasted in 480p / / ac-3 / 6ch in the studio tag field for all them
so that they looked nice in XBMC before native media flagging.  Also with
online .iso's I found myself updating these with the proper info since the
mediainfo scan is not correct always for them.  It would be perfect just to
have a tool where the user could apply custom defined stream details to
their movies using "marked", "all", etc.  A combination of this and auto
scanning where applicable and correct I think would cover all bases for
getting media flags to be perfect without a lot of manual editing of nfos.
