Only show sorttitle if it is exist in .nfo #236

Now in Edit dialog sorttitle is shown and set to the same as title by default.

Even if Ember is not saving it to the .nfo when OK button is clicked, it is
very annoying when you manually change the title. In this case you have to
change or delete the sorttitle too, otherwise Ember will save the
sorttitle, becuase now it differ from the title.
