Writers for <credits> field

Either an option check box to only scrape writers to <credits> field or
default action when "Full Crew" is NOT selected to scrape only writers to
<credits>.  

Writers should only be the main writers' names only separated by '/'.

Done for next release. It will scrape the main writers if full crew is 
unselected,
and all of them if it is selected. Thanks!

Looking at the code looks like it still puts "(writer)" after each name when 
scraping
writers only.  I don't think this is necessary since we already assume they are 
going
into a writers field in the skin when we don't use full crew.  I just think it 
will
be less redundant an cleaner for the skin.  This is how MIP does it.  However, 
you
will want "(writer)" if you're doing full screw scrape.

Ok, should only append (writer) if full crew is selected. It's not in SVN 
yet... I'm
in the middle of trying to fix another issue and the person helping me test ran 
off
on me. So I'm just working on some little things like this in the meantime. lol
