Implement helpers functions for CCIP transfers

Inspired by this documentation: https://docs.chain.link/ccip/tutorials/cross-chain-tokens-from-eoa ; implement helpers functions.

Definition of done:

Add these different functions: 1/ getSupportedTokens() 2/ getLanesAndTokens() 3/ getStatus()
