Feature Description

Add ping to the managed packages

Why?

It is a basic, but deep, network connectivity investigation tool

What-should happen?

ping should be a package in the index.json

Steps to Test

  1. jq '.packages[] | select(.name = "ping")' resources/install/index.json should return the details for managing the ping package
