Feature Description

Add dtrace to the managed packages

Why?

It allows you to create static probes

What-should happen?

dtrace should be a package in the index.json

Steps to Test

jq '.packages[] | select(.name = "dtrace")' resources/install/index.json should return the details for managing the dtrace package
