Live Streaming Delay with Format MxPEG #116

Hi All, I have Mobotix camera. I would like to stream from the camera in android mobile application. I have used these vlc-android-sdk library. I have 5 seconds delay between the live and showing the mobile. Can you anyone please help me how can i fix these delay ?
