SearchModule: Wrong Dataset Download Links for INSPIRE ATOM Feed #3

Describe the bug

For certain cases of dataset service coupling the downlaod links provided by the search module are wrong.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to a GeoPortal instance (e.g. geoportal.saarland)
  2. Search for a service with dataset service coupling resulting in this bug, e.g. Bebauungsplan Gewerbegebiet Dilsburg 2.Teilaenderung
  3. Expand Dataset results
  4. Click Download followed by the Download Button
  5. See error in missing variants and wrong URL to feed

Expected behavior

The ATOM Feed opened should be functional.

The ATOM Feed opened should not differ from the ATOM feed received by opening it through the service.

Additional context

In the described cases the download link for dataset search results is created with the GET parameter generateFrom=wmslayer set, althougth the functional ATOM Feed would be generated with generateFrom=dataurl.
