Session WMC not saved after initializing GUI + WMC + Application Metadata #17

Describe the bug

Closing the full screen view of the Modern Viewer the stored WMC is forgotten and a clean GUI loads resulting in the loss of chosen services.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to a GeoPortal.tld instance e.g. geoportal.saarland.de
  2. Search and open an arbritrary application e.g. Bodenrichtwerte
  3. Click the home icon on the right to leave full screen
  4. See error in the GUI loading without the previously loaded services

Expected behavior

The services included in the previous map viewer should be opened again after switching map viewers.

Additional context

Opening the map viewer first

If you visit the landing page and open the map viewer, so that a session wmc is created, before following the steps above; the session WMC seems to exist and is written to.

Alternating the WMC

If you follow the steps above until step 2, but alternate the view by moving or zooming, the session WMC is saved and the services will be transfered correctly.

Other systems

Trying to replicate the behaviour on other systems like geoportal.rlp.de or geoportal.hessen.de was not successful.

Sven: This is some weird behaviour. I assume I set up something wrong in the GUI itself. It could have to do with application metadata or the OS environment as well though...
