WMS-T: Visualizing time data with the time slider #7

Problem of the current implementation:

  1. map image is overlapped too much
  2. visualization of a large number of time values is confusing
  3. no automatic playback of all values possible

Requirement:

  1. parallel to the current way of displaying time data of a WMS-T, a new option with time slider shall be created
  2. the new variant should be configurable in the WMC
  3. example: https://pro.arcgis.com/de/pro-app/latest/help/mapping/time/visualize-temporal-data-using-the-time-slider.htm
  4. the time slider will be automatically displayed in the lower right corner of each map in order to not disturb the map too much
  5. the slider shall be implemented in such a way that the current version of the time display is not affected
