Added <scope>source.php,text.html</scope> #4

Added source.php,text.html so that the snippets do not show in CSS or JS files under auto complete.

this is fundamental had to disable html5 because it was popping up everywhere

i've the same problem, in my case i don't like the autocompletion in my php code. I also had to disabled html5 :(

@scott23 thanks for the pull request. I actually do not use this package in Sublime anymore because more recent versions have all the HTML5 tags and features that this package contains.
