Add Bangiales chloroplast genomes to data set #21

The current set of chloroplast genomes doesn't have red algal representatives. I propose to include the chloroplast genomes of the following species to the current data set:

I updated the README file to adjust for incorporation of Bangiales species I added as well as Alismatales and Bromeliaceae, which appear to have been missed in previous commits.

Will accept. Bromeliaceae is not an order. Will remove from list if added.
