Reloading a previously loaded image may not work #24

This bug was found on the website

Steps to replicate

open an image
remove the image
try opening the image again The image won't load, however if another picture is selected and the user either selects or cancels the open file window, and then they reopen the window, they will then be able to load the picture into the system.
