Problem deploy theme on netlify #23

I tried to deploy the site on Netlify, it doesn't return any errors but I can't see the theme, only the html. I tried to use netlify.toml as well but it gives an error on "repo -b $ URL". How can I proceed to correct the problem?

I thought I had solved it, but no. I do not understand the problem.
