Topnav Links broken in Example Site #41

I've copied the Example Site to my main folder, but I'm experiencing wrong links when navigating to a photo post. Like http://localhost:1313/photos/warsaw-poland/http://localhost:1313/photos I've noticed that sometimes it doesn't occur? I'm sorry but I'm new to Hugo, and this is my first theme/site.

Apparently the URLS are only broken when I run Hugo on localhost. When I export the site, all the URLs show up fine.
