Exit Command not working #7

The application is unable to process the exit command and gave a circle that buffers and greyed out the X button.

Hi,

We have done extensive testing on various OS (Windows 10, Mac, Ubuntu) and failed to replicate this issue. No other testers seemed to encounter this issue as well.

Could you please provide us your machine specification and the specific steps you took to produce this bug for us to test?

Reason for disagreement: This bug happened after the data file was edited offline, and 3 shows with very long show names were entered into the application. The java application was not responding for two minutes, and the app crashed.

I'm running java 11 and windows 10.
