Change `pygments: true` to `highlighter: pygments` #21

pygments: true has been deprecated in favor of this new notation where you're able to choose between pygments and rouge. Noticed this yesterday while using this config file.

@mrzool - yeah I originally built this for the original version of jekyll and never really gave it a proper overhaul when jekyll 2.0 came out. Thanks for catching this!
