This replaces the Tachyons URL that's currently 404ing on http://designbytyping.com/.

I couldn't get the Jekyll build working locally (version mismatch, probably?), so I'm assuming that this is correct but can't say for sure.

Yeah I should probably link to versioned copies of tachyons - but this should work for now. Thanks!
