Why are the non-optional tags square bracketed too?

This was a documentation error we missed when updating/standardizing our syntax. Thanks for pointing it out! The severity is still quite low as most users would be able to tell the difference since tag/TAG is completely encased in square brackets whereas q/QUESTION only has the parameter encased in square brackets. Nonetheless, it deviates from documented expected output and is a bug.
