[BUG] Custom commercials are not integrated into vanilla channels

Hello rumangerst, it seems that the integration of custom commercials to vanilla stations doesn't work fine. Reproduction:

• Record some commercials e.g. from Spotify
• Convert and save them as .ogg files
• Copy them into the files\radio\commercial\common folder (like described in the "Extending vanilla stations" section of the wiki)
• Launch Cities Skylines and load a city or start a new one
• Check, if the "Extend vanilla stations" checkbox is checked: If no, check it and restart the game; if yes, proceed
• Check the radio stations: The new commercials are only integrated to custom stations but not to the vanilla ones
• There are no error messages, the files play completely fine on custom stations
• Optional: Get yourself something cold to cool down because bugs are annoying xDD
• I also tried to name the files with the #commercial but that does not change a thing Either it's a bug in the mod or in the manual. Maybe you can look into that soon. Thanks and greetings from south Germany Darth_Jimbo

Hello, I know the reason: The "extend vanilla stations" function only looks inside files/radio/commerical/. I'll fix this whenever I'll have a PC strong enough to develop the mod, again. As workaround, create individual folders for each station inside files/radio/commerical just like in files/radio/music and put the songs into them.

Hi! I also had this glitch which I was able to fix using your solution (move commercial audio clips to 'Cities_Skylines\Files\Radio\Commercial\GoldFM' Thanks !
