Refactor/improve lahman_load.clj, remove example.clj. #23

This version counts correctly, imports less aggressively and does eventually terminate (take 3m48s on my Mac).

Fixes #18. Not really, in that I think the previous version would also terminate, but we can close that issue, I think.

I merged matt/auto-complete so I could test the combined latest effort.
