Add Interactive DS notebook + Comments on 2-dataframes #4

This adds the interactive datashader notebook to the repo (for reference, can be removed once notebook 2_dataframes is complete).

This also adds some text edits (minor typo's) and comments about the narrative flow to notebook 2-dataframes

I'm going to pass on this for now and just focus on the tutorial notebook

Thanks for the comments. I agree with them. I haven't yet started working too deeply on the narrative. I want to get things working first and then I'll work through making this into exercises and make sure that it flows.
