Move to a new organization #74

This project should live outside of my personal github organization. I propose one of the following options:

  1. pydata
  2. multipledispatch (new)

I would prefer pydata. This project is used within SymPy (though they're currently vendoring) (xref: https://github.com/sympy/sympy/pull/14106) and is proposed to be used within XArray to support various ndarray operations (xref: https://github.com/pydata/xarray/issues/1938).

If SymPy and XArray devs would be happy with PyData, then +1 from me.
