Hmmm, this tx is unknown to the network. I assume your wallet got corrupt at
some point and created an unconfirmable spend as a result.

Can you send me a wallet dump? Use Options > Settings > Report for this.

If you want clean up the problem, most likely a replay will help. Use Options >
Settings > Reset.

Got a 'Payment not transmitted' error yesterday evening after sending a ~.35BTC
payment.

After about 24 hours of it not changing, I searched the issue and found this
and did a Reset + Replay of the Blockchain.

I'm now missing both the information regarding the transaction, as well as the
BTC that was spent.

I've sent an error report with a wallet dump, let me know if there's anything
else I can do.

The same problem just happened to me as I attempted to spend 7.7 mBTC (~1$). I
tried sending it while on wifi; and then during the send process the wifi cut
out and switched to 4G, yet the transaction seemed "stuck".

Really really annoying as I expect the application just ate my transaction
because it removed it from my balance. I am not going to use this application
until this issue is fixed.

If I have to fear of the wallet eating my transactions everytime I use it, I
will simply not use it. If this is not resolved soon, I will also have to warn
users on the play store with a 1 star review since it's a pretty gamebreaking
feature.

The tx of the original reporter simply did not confirm because he paid a too
low fee at that time. Thus, I'll close this issue as invalid. To the others,
can you send me your logs and the wallet dumps? Use Options > Settings > Report
issue and check all.

I experienced same issue as reported here.
Date: 2013-09-04
Message: "This payment has not been transmitted yet." for 5 minutes.

"Reset Blockchain" option caused transaction to vanish.
Tried again with same amount (0.1 BTC) and worked fine.
This is the first send since the internal conversion on August 13.
