Button to autofill the amount to send #217

If I want to send all my bitcoins to a different address, I have to write down 
the amount from the main screen, remove the fee of 0.001btc and then enter the 
new amount into the send field. 
It would be great if there is a button which allows me to send all my bitcoins.

Update to version 3.17, use the "empty wallet" action.
