The documentation contains URLs and clickable links to external sites or 
crossreferences in the documentation. These links are currently not 
distinguishable from the normal text. The only hint is the change of the 
mousecursor when hovering over the text.

Change the stylesheet to render links, URLs etc in a different style to 
indicate they are clickable (suggestion use underline and blue color).
