feat: Support awaiting JS `Promise` in Kotlin and Swift

Same as https://github.com/mrousavy/nitro/pull/354, but now for Swift and Kotlin!!

• Also, refactors Promise on Android to use Throwable as it's base to keep stacktrace in-tact.
• Add .then, .catch and .await to Promise on Android
• Support Promise bi-directionally with callbacks on iOS
• Adds an ErrorType (std::exception)
