feat: Rename `VisionCameraProxyHolder` -> `VisionCameraContext` #2831

BREAKING CHANGE: Renames VisionCameraProxyHolder to VisionCameraContext.

This is unfortunately a breaking change, but needs to happen because I'm gonna rewrite VisionCameraProxy to be a C++ TurboModule soon.

Unfortunately all Frame Processor Plugins will have to change VisionCameraProxyHolder to VisionCameraContext as well, but no APIs changed.
