cant get text entry box for replying to emails #104

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. reply/reply all to email

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
just the email address to field to type message

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
downloaded 1 week ago. ie 14 July 2010 on Windows 7
