What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I can`t download and open files that i receive in my gmail

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 Ultimate, and the last version of Adobe Air and GM Desk

Please provide any additional information below.
