Fullscreen does not work properly with secondary windows #21

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a Google Doc
2. Choose Window->Fullscreen
3. Notice that the docs list is fullscreened instead of the frontmost doc

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Latest release on MacOS X

Sorry, only works with first window
