What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
GMDesk 0.99 on Ubuntu Hardy (8.04)

Please provide any additional information below.
I have a google apps domain, but use my old gmail account for google reader
(as I don't have it in apps). Currently no way to switch between them
without lots of clicking, would be nice to have the option to set account
settings individually for each service.

Sorry, Adobe AIR only allows one instance of the app - multiple windows not an 
option
at this time
