What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Downloading attachments
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect: What do you want to do? Open or save the file
I see: Nothing. The download link doesn't respond.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Downloaded it 3 days ago (Monday)

Please provide any additional information below.
I'am using google apps professional. (payed version)

I experienced same problem.

OS : WindowsXP professional SP3 (Korean)

Downloading attachments didn't work.

I see similar issues - opening an attachment works, downloading an attachment 
simply
seems to reload the inbox

If I click on the attachment download link nothing happens. The link appears to

Not just e-mail, in the Google documents where you can download them... Didn't 
work.

Having same issue and it is indeed very annoying. Installed GMDesk yesterday 
(22.11.2010). Also, PDF:s open to new GM-window and show only black. Same 
material works flawlessly in browser. 

Using Win 7 Pro 64-bit, payed version of Google Apps.

it seems if the attachment is a pdf file then it reloads to inbox and if any 
other format, then no action done...please rectify soon..

I have the same problem.  When I try and view in google docs it will not load 
properly and the download link does not work

I have installed the progrm today and open Gmail. It looks good but the link to 
download attachments just dont' work.
