I just wanted to suggest two items under the help menu that would be nice to 
have on the 
gmdesk app: an "about" item with version number, and a "check for updates" 
item.  Granted, 
the check for updates thing is no big deal because people can just pop on over 
to the site and 
find the latest version number, but I am having a problem finding the version 
number on my 
copy of the software.
