Remove the Windows Overlay and use a native one. #19

Hi.
I'm using Version 0.11 on XP SP2, and i think that it would be more
visually appealing if you removed the windows caption that's on top of the
window (at least on XP i'm seeing it, the min, max and close buttons and
the title).

Instead of that use a simple native (OS X style?) caption, like twhirl is
using. That way you will need to make an icon or a button for the Preferences.

I'll attach a screenshot if this isn't that clear. :)

Actually, if anyone wants to know the term is custom chrome, it might help if 
the dev
is searching how to do it, or well, anyone...
