Browsing posts using arrows would be useful #40

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use the arrow keys to navigate to next/previous message

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Moving the up/down arrow goes to the next post. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- Version 0.3
- OSX Leopard

I'd love to see this (or any other keyboard navigation) as well.  Is this 
planned?

Under "Project Home" tab,  the "to do" list show that that the rest of keyboard 
commands will be added.   I 
expect to have same keyboard commands as used on web based version of Google 
Reader.
