Feature Request: View Unread Feeds/Items Only #69

There should be an option to view only unread items, similar to how Google 
Reader works online... 
It's really annoying to scroll through lots of read feeds to get to the unread 
ones.

I have a lot of feeds and my unread ones are not always the newest.

Additionally, the sidebar should only show folders/feeds that have unread items 
in them rather 
than all of them.

Great work on the app though!  Has great potential!
