Mark all as read limits 20 items #71

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select a feed item that has more than 20 unread items
2. Click "Mark all as read" button
3. Only maximum 20 items will be marked as read

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- All unread items should be marked as read

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- 0.31 on Ubuntu Linux i386

Please provide any additional information below.
