What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Opening the program
2. Clicking on the All Items, Starred Items or Your Shared Items

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
My feeds to show up but none do. I just get the following error message under 
the TAGS section:

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 0.31 on Vista and Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
I can't see a single feed. Nothing. Nada.
