Everything is totally broken in XP #98

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just install it on XP

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Links are on top of each other.  Top menu is not there. Application is mostly 
white.  It was a waste to install.  Nothing like the screenshot. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
